For hygiene and safety reasons, the hotel reserves the right not to keep certain items, such as personal use products, underwear, food, or other perishable or deteriorated goods.
After the indicated period, if the items have not been claimed, they may be disposed of or donated to charitable causes.
To recover lost items, guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel as soon as possible. In the case of shipment, the associated costs will be borne by the guest.
